The Ramblings of a Mad man

Not sure what to call this.

Katya looked up at the clock on the wall across from her on the other side of her office. After gazing at the clock for a few moments, she then directed her gaze back towards her client.  The wordrs that came out of her clients mouth, once sounded like an opportunity to help make a difference in a persons life, hell, maybe even make a small difference in her part of the world. But, now, her clients words sounded clearly like what they actually were: complaints.  Katya adjusted her glasses and let out an annoyed sigh.  ”Is there something wrong doctor?” her client chimed in. “No, No. Everything is fine. Please, continue.”  Katya wanted nothing more than for him to shut up. It had been ten years since she started her practice. Ten years;A decade. Ten long years of hearing nothing but peoples moans and groans and complaints about their lives and the world. What was she doing? What happened to all her ambition about doing things with her psychology degree. She had once wanted to be a criminal psychologist, something she had greatly regretted giving up on at the moment.  Had she done the whole criminal psychologist thing, at least she would never have been born.  She probably would have been able to go through the roller coaster that was hearing about why someone decided to kill their spouse. But now, she was sitting in a room, listening to why the color yellow made his client, a man, uncontrollably burst out into tears whenever he saw it. Katya wanted to strangle the little wimp, but then, something happened. Something occurred that reminded Katya why she decided to go into private practice. Katya was looking down at her note pad when she noticed something from the corner of her eye.  Katya looked up and noticed her client with his arm  stretched out, holding out a check made out to her.  ”Oh yeah, that’s why.”, katya said in her head, reminding herself as to why she had decided to open her own private practice. Katya took the check and made a fake smile at her client. “Sounds like you’re making a lot of progress, can’t wait to continue next time” katya managed to let out. She then stood up and began leading her client to the door for him to leave. Katya opened the door and motioned her hand in a fashion that lead her client out. As soon as her client was out the door, Katya slammed it shut and immediately  proceeded to let her hair down as she made her way towards her desk. “Thank god its Friday”, Katya said as she sat down in her chair and opened the bottom right drawer of her desk.  Katya pulled out a bottle of  vodka and a glass cup and set them down on top of her desk. Katya poured herself a glass of pure vodka and then downed it like a shot. After a few more gulps of drinks that she treated like shots, she then said out loud, “I’m gonna find a reason to take this out on frank.”

Frank was just outside of the down town miami courthouse grabbing a hotdog from one of the stands, when all of the sudden he got a horrible feeling. He began looking around in shock. He knew something was wrong and that he was being blamed for something. “Oh Fuck”.
